Pirehmadli village

The urban planning justification project developed for the village of Pirahmadli in the Fuzuli district is aimed at forming a modern, functional, and sustainable living environment. The project covers an area of 178 hectares, where efficient land use planning, transport connectivity, engineering infrastructure development, and the creation of public spaces have been defined as key priorities.

According to the project, 624 individual residential houses and 10 public facilities are planned within the village. Education, healthcare, trade, sports, administrative, and social service areas are located within a unified planning concept.

Based on modern urban planning approaches and sustainable development principles, the project is designed to ensure the long-term development of Pirahmadli village and a high quality of life.
