Yanshag village

Yanshag village is one of the settlements belonging to the administrative territory of Kalbajar district. The urban planning justification project developed for the village is aimed at forming it as a modern residential settlement, applying functional planning solutions, and ensuring sustainable development principles.

According to the project, which covers an area of 168 hectares, 429 individual residential houses and 17 public service facilities are planned within the village. Residential zones, street and road networks, engineering and communication infrastructure, green areas, and public spaces are organized based on a unified planning approach.

One of the main priorities of the project is the accessible placement of education, healthcare, trade, administrative, and social service facilities. The prepared project aims to transform Yanshag village into a comfortable, safe, and перспектив (future-oriented) living environment.
