Restoration and Structural Reinforcement Project of a Historical Monument Building

At the beginning of 2025, BİMD Company initiated the preparation of design and cost-estimate documentation for the restoration and structural reinforcement of the historical monument building located at 101 Hazi Aslanov Street, Nasimi District, Baku, adapted for residential use.

Within the framework of the project, the preservation of the building’s historical and architectural characteristics, the strengthening of its structural stability, and the creation of a safe and comfortable living environment are envisaged.

The proposed architectural and engineering solutions will preserve the historical value of the monument while enabling its reintegration into modern residential use in accordance with contemporary living standards.
