Restoration and Structural Reinforcement Project of a Historical Monument Building

At the beginning of 2025, BİMD Company initiated the preparation of design and cost-estimate documentation for the restoration and structural reinforcement of the historical monument building located at 48 Qurban Abbasov Street, Sabail District, Baku, adapted for residential use.

Within the framework of the project, the preservation of the building’s historical and architectural characteristics, the strengthening of its structural elements, and the creation of a safe environment in accordance with modern residential standards are envisaged.

The proposed project solutions will ensure the preservation of the historical heritage while enabling the functional reintegration of the building into contemporary use.
